Chapter 1 ：Chinese New Year Holiday Notice 2026

With the 2026 Chinese New Year (Spring Festival) approaching, Weilong Technology would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers and business partners for your trust and support in the Last year. The Chinese Spring Festival, also known as the Chinese New Year, is the most significant traditional Chinese holiday. During the Chinese New Year, all factories and logistics companies stop working to give their workers a chance to spend the holidays with their families and loved ones.
This official Chinese New Year Holiday Notice 2026 is to inform our clients across the world about the Chinese New Year holidays and how we plan to operate the factory, how we plan to manufacture products, and how we plan to ship the products, as well as when our customer service will be available. This notice will inform you when we will stop working, how we plan to manufacture products, how we plan to ship the products, and when we will resume normal operations. It’s very important for all clients to read the following timetable and place orders in due time to avoid delays in manufacturing and shipping.
Chapter 2 : The factory holiday schedule for the Chinese New Year in 2026
Our factory’s Chinese New Year Holiday Routine for 2026 is as follows to ensure that everything is perfectly clear and communication is smooth:
The last day of production will be Feb. 10, 2026.
The last day for shipping will be Feb. 12, 2026.
Factory Holiday: Feb. 13 to February 24, 2026
February 25, 2026, will be the day when we resume normal production.
The office will resume work again on February 25, 2026.
We shall stop the production of solenoid actuator assemblies, electromagnetic pumps, coil winding services, and CNC machining services for the holidays.
To ensure timely delivery, we recommend that you check your urgent projects and orders for mass production before the last production date.
Chapter 3 ：Planning for Production and Arrangement of OEM Orders
Weilong Technology is a solenoid and Inductor coil manufacturers with rich experience in producing solenoid products for OEM and industrial automation customers worldwide. They understand the importance of maintaining production activities for your business. Therefore, to meet the demand of our clients, we shall launch a new system for pre-holiday production planning.
Important Notes for Production Planning:
Custom Solenoid Projects: Before the vacation, you need to have more time to prepare custom projects.
Sample Orders: If orders for sample production come in close to the holiday, they may not be completed until the factory opens again.
Mass Production Orders: In order to ensure the production orders, we suggest that you make confirmed orders 3-4 weeks prior to the Spring Festival.
Component Procurement: In addition, the suppliers of raw materials and plating may also stop working, which may affect the production schedule for custom projects.
If you’re currently working on new electromagnetic actuator projects, solenoid projects for medical devices, or other projects, please contact us as soon as possible.
Notice on Shipping and Logistics during Chinese New Year
Before and during the Spring Festival, the logistic services in China are generally very busy, taking a very long time to get things done. The courier businesses, foreign freight forwarders, and customs clearance services may not be able to operate at full capacity.
Chapter4 ： Important Information About Shipping
A few days before the holiday, express courier companies will stop accepting international packages.
It may be difficult to reserve maritime freight during the peak season.
Due to the high demand for Christmas, there will be a temporary increase in freight rates.
During the holiday season, export customs clearance will take a little longer.
When planning to replenish your inventory or meet project schedules, we recommend that you check ahead to allow extra time for delivery.
Availability of Customer Support and Technical Service
Weilong will still be there for all our customers around the globe even if our plant will be closed for the Chinese New Year holiday.
During the holiday season:
We will still check email questions from time to time.
You will only be able to get limited remote support for urgent technical questions.
After the holiday, we will be happy to process new requests for quotes.
We will look into any issues that have arisen after the sale as soon as things get back to normal.
