President – Peter Zhao
Peter Zhao, the founder of Weilong, has more than 20 years of experience in strategic leadership. Peter started the company in 2007. With Peter at the helm of Weilong, the company has turned into a worldwide leader in custom-designed solenoid and solenoid valves. His leadership focuses on “engineering excellence, quality, and innovation guided by customer needs.”
R&D Manager – Cheng Zhang
As a leading professional in the development and innovation of Weilong’s solenoids, Cheng Zhang boasts more than 20 years of experience in designing solenoid valves and inductor coils. His main area of expertise involves designing special-purpose solenoid solutions for complex applications in industries, as well as automotive industries. His mission involves satisfying customer needs through his designs.
Senior Solenoid Engineer - Shuilin Wen
With an excellent educational foundation in engineering at the university level, Shuilin Wen comes equipped with 15 years of working experience in the field of solenoid engineering and project management. Shuilin has in-depth skills and knowledge in designing, analyzing, and writing about solenoids. He can provide complete support for products in all phases, from technical coordination and optimization through prototyping and final verification.
Quality Manager – Yin Lin
With over 15 years of dedicated expertise in quality systems for solenoids, Yin Lin ensures that every product delivered complies with the strict quality requirements of the automobile industry. Since her entry into Weilong in 2010, Yin Lin has implemented strict quality control measures for making certification-ready components.
Sales Director — Mike Liang
With over two decades of experience in managing international projects, Mike Liang also boasts over ten years of experience in the sales of solenoids and valves. With an engineering background, Mike is able to link his teams with international clients, ensuring that the solutions offered fit their needs perfectly. As a leader, Mike supports efficient project implementation, effective technical exchange, and long-lasting business relationships in international markets.
Sales Manager– Linda Xiao
An expert in the international sales of solenoids, Linda Xiao has more than eight years of experience in the industry. She looks after the communication with international customers, processing the quotes, executing the orders, and taking care of the after-sales service. The main focus of Linda is on the customers, which ensures hassle-free project implementation, prompt services, and long-term relations with the customers worldwide.
Purchasing Manager - Xiaohong Chen
Xiaohong Chen, with her experience of ten years, leads the solenoid supply chain at Weilong. It is she who ensures the raw materials and key components are provided for the business in the best possible manner. Her priority lies in ensuring that the supply chain remains stable, economical, and of superior quality.
Production Manager - Wenliang Wei
Wenliang Wei has been in the game of producing solenoid manufacturing solutions even longer than his brother. He handles production as well as attempting to improve processes. He is who is trying to find a way to be even more efficient and keep costs low and in line. He also makes sure quality is a priority.
Lab Testing Manager – Yufei Xie
Yufei Xie has experience with testing solenoids and coils that spans twelve years. He is at the forefront of efforts to prove the reliability, performance, and safety of the components. This involves laboratory testing at an advanced level. It also includes testing to ensure the components meet international standards.
Tooling Manager – Fan Jiang
Fan Jiang also brings more than fifteen years of experience in plastic injection tooling and metal stamping, particularly in relation to components for solenoids. His work involves meticulous attention to detail on matters concerning tooling accuracy, processing, and manufacturing.
PMC Manager – Qing Huang
Qing Huang, who has overall decade-long experience in managing production material control and planning, coordinates well the entire flow and processing in manufacturing. His contributions are highly significant for smooth operations and prompt delivery at all stages of manufacturing.
Metal Stamping Manager -- Feigang He
Feigang He is a seasoned professional who has more than fifteen years of hands-on experience. He manages precision metal stamping and CNC machining. He is responsible for ensuring accuracy, reliability, and the precise manufacture of solenoid parts.
